How to read this table

Table rows are categorized by country, enabling a comparison of output volumes in Russia with those of Poland and Moldova. Comparing these series reveals differences in production scales over the entire available period. All values are provided in millions of pairs; therefore, the unit of measurement must be taken into account when assessing actual production volumes

What is visible in these numbers

Five highest values: China (4,558), Turkey (82.8), Uzbekistan (75.8), Portugal (64.3), Romania (41.5). The gap between the highest and lowest is 22,790 times. The top five account for 96.6% of the total across all positions — the distribution is heavily skewed toward the top

Observations are annual, with 7 observation periods in the dataset. There are 130 values in the table out of 175 possible, which is 74.3%. There are many gaps — some positions were observed only in certain periods; this should be taken into account when making comparisons
