Almost all children the year before school are involved in organized learning, and exact figures for each region for 2020–2024 are provided here. The indicator is presented in percent, and 86 table rows allow for comparing pre-school preparation coverage across the country, from Belgorod Oblast to national values. This information reflects the readiness of the education system for the start of schooling and allows for tracking changes in the share of children covered by learning programs over the last five years

Comparing values between regions is straightforward as they are presented on a unified percentage scale for each year. One can compare the level of child involvement in a specific region with the national indicator or track how the situation in a single oblast changed throughout the five-year period from 2020 to 2024
