How to read this table

Comparing indicators between regions reveals differences in clean water accessibility for urban residents in different parts of the country. Rows are grouped by constituent entities, starting with the total value for the Russian Federation and moving to specific regions, such as Belgorod or Bryansk. Analyzing this data helps compare water supply development rates in individual regions over seven years. Differences in figures between rows show the heterogeneity of centralized water supply infrastructure, which is a key indicator of the quality of life for the urban population in each constituent entity

What is visible in these numbers

Top five values: Kursk Region (99.9), Vladimir Region (99.7), Yaroslavl Region (99.4), Ryazan Region (99.3), Kaliningrad Region (99.2). The top five account for 21% of the total across all positions

Observations are annual, the dataset contains 7 periods. Of 175 possible values, 175 are filled (100%); data gaps are virtually absent
