How to read this table
Comparing rows helps identify differences in amenity levels between regions, as each constituent entity of the federation has its own unique water supply provision indicator. To analyze trends, one can select either an individual oblast or the total for the Russian Federation to see how living conditions changed throughout the period. The figure for the Russian Federation shows the share increasing from 86.7% in 2014 to 91.7% in 2024, reflecting the overall development of utility infrastructure
What is visible in these numbers
Five highest values: Moscow (100), Tula Region (99.9), Vladimir Region (99.6), Kaliningrad Region (99.3), Kaluga Region (98.3). The top five account for 21.1% of the total across all items
Observations are annual, with 6 observation periods in the dataset. There are 150 values in the table out of 150 possible, which is 100% — missing data is virtually absent
