How to read this table

Comparison of educational coverage between regions and federal districts is possible due to the division of data into ninety-five rows, each representing a separate constituent entity or federal structure. While the Russian Federation provides a general overview of the national situation, detailing down to the level of the Belgorod Region and other regions reveals territorial differences in the share of youth enrolled in bachelor's, specialist, and master's degree programs throughout the observation period

What is visible in these numbers

Five highest values: Moscow (80.1), Oryol Region (49.9), Voronezh Region (46.6), Central Federal District (43.5), Kursk Region (42.2). The gap between the highest and lowest is 6.79 times. The top five account for 31.6% of the total sum across all positions

Observations are annual; total periods 6. 150 of 150 possible values are filled (100%), meaning the table is almost completely filled
