How to read this table
The table rows are divided by geographic principle: the first row contains all-Russian data, while the remaining eighty-five represent individual constituent entities of the country. Comparing these indicators allows one to see in which regions households more frequently report a lack of living space and in which the housing issue is less acute. All values are provided in percentages, which facilitates the comparison of territories with different population sizes and allows for tracking the dynamics of changes in living conditions in each constituent entity over nine years
What is visible in these numbers
The five highest values: Moscow (34.8), Nenets Autonomous Okrug (33.1), Kaliningrad Region (30.8), Yaroslavl Region (29.3), Moscow Region (29). The top five account for 24.3% of the total for all positions
Observations are annual, with 5 observation periods in the dataset. There are 125 values in the table out of 125 possible, which is 100%; data gaps are virtually absent
