How to read this table
Ninety-four rows in the table allow for comparing indicators between constituent entities or assessing the dynamics of a specific region. Each row contains annual data, facilitating comparisons between individual regions and national averages. For example, the national share changed from 0.9 in 2017 to 0.06362431436 in 2022. This data provides insight into the material well-being of citizens by territory, highlighting differences in living standards between residents of various regions and districts over the period under review
What is visible in these numbers
Five highest values: Republic of Karelia (3.7), Yaroslavl Region (2.4), Komi Republic (2.4), Kostroma Region (2.3), Arkhangelsk Region (excluding AO) (2.2). The gap between the highest and lowest is 37 times. The top five account for 49.4% of the total across all positions
Observations are annual, the dataset contains 6 periods. Out of 150 possible values, 150 (100%) are filled, meaning the table is almost entirely complete
The same indicator for other periods

Period and application
The data covers the period from 2017 to 2022 and is based on the regular sample household budget survey conducted by Rosstat. These statistics are useful for researchers of socio-economic processes, social protection officials, and those studying the standard of living across different parts of the Russian Federation. The published data enables analysis of changes in the financial situation of households and the assessment of food security measures at both regional and federal levels
How it is calculated
Sustainable development indicators are used in preparing non-financial reporting, assessing social programs, and international comparisons
As noted in the source itself: Data are published without taking into account the results of the 2020 All-Russia Population Census
1) Данные публикуются без учета итогов ВПН-2020.
