How to read this table
Differences between rows are determined by geographic coverage, allowing for comparison of material hardship levels across different parts of the country. One should compare not only consecutive years within a single region to assess trends, but also values across different territories within the same year. This helps reveal regional specifics in the assessment of family material conditions and identifies which constituent entities most frequently face constraints in purchasing basic food products
What is visible in these numbers
Five highest values: Republic of Karelia (3.7), Yaroslavl Region (2.4), Komi Republic (2.4), Kostroma Region (2.3), Arkhangelsk Region (excluding AO) (2.2). Gap between highest and lowest — by a factor of 37. The top five account for 49.4% of the total across all items
Observations are annual and cover 5 periods. Cells with numbers: 125 out of 125 (100%), i.e. the table is almost completely filled
