How many people in Russia were employed in 2025 and how their work experience was distributed at their last place of work: this is addressed by labor force sample survey data. The total number of employed provides an idea of the scale of labor resources, while the breakdown by length of service shows the structure of the population's professional experience. The statistics cover various categories of workers, from managers to highly skilled specialists

The data were collected in 2025 as part of labor force sample surveys. Rosstat updates employment and length of service indicators annually. These figures are used by authorities for labor market planning, by educational institutions to adjust curricula, and by employers to analyze human resource potential
