Production of major types of products: ores
In May 2021, the country recorded production volumes for various types of metallic ores, including raw iron ore. Table rows are categorized by territory, ranging from the Russian Federation as a whole to specific federal districts. Each entry includes the necessary classification codes and the total value for the period since the beginning of the reporting year. This allows for an assessment of the current situation in the mining industry without reference to previous months' dynamics

How to read this table
Row differences reflect the level of territorial data aggregation, from the federal level to districts. Indicators can be compared by volume of extracted raw materials using the year-to-date cumulative column. This structure helps correlate the contribution of individual federal districts to the national production volume of specific mineral resources
What is visible in these numbers
The set includes the following indicators: Code (OKPD2, OKEI, OKATO); Reporting month; Previous month; Period from the beginning of the reporting year
Cells with numbers 100 out of 100 (100%); there are practically no data gaps

Period and application
The data is specific to a single month—May 2021—and is presented as a snapshot. The information is compiled based on industrial production data and is suitable for analyzing the current state of the raw materials sector. The accumulation period for the column indicators is from January to May of the current reporting year
How it is calculated
Production volumes are used to assess capacity utilization in the industry, calculate the market capacity for components, and determine where to approach with proposals
