Production of medicines and medical materials in April 2022
In April 2022, Russia produced 478 types of medicines and medical materials. Each row in the table represents a specific medicine or medical material distinguished by name and OKPD2 code. Production volumes are given in natural units recorded under each code, as well as cumulative totals from the beginning of the year, enabling assessment of current output and dynamics since January

How to read this table
Table rows are differentiated by product types: from salicylic and acetylsalicylic acid to glutamic acid and its salts. Each item has a unique OKPD2 code for quick identification of the required medicine or material group. Volumes are shown in units established for each code and are provided for April 2022 and since the beginning of the reporting year, facilitating comparison of current and cumulative data
What is visible in these numbers
What is measured: OKPD2 code (OKEI, OKATO); Reporting month; Previous month; Period from the beginning of the reporting year
There are 100 values in the table out of 100 possible, which is 100% — there are practically no gaps

Period and application
Data cover April 2022 and cumulative volumes since the beginning of the year. Rosstat regularly publishes such snapshots as part of industrial production monitoring. The table is useful for pharmaceutical companies, researchers, and government bodies analyzing product range and output volumes
How it is calculated
Output indicators are used to assess demand for raw materials and equipment, in procurement planning, and in comparing industries with each other
