Computer, electronic, and optical equipment: output in January
In January, Rosstat publishes detailed information on the production of 1,388 items of computer, electronic and optical equipment. Each row in the table corresponds to a specific product, from vacuum electronic tubes to ready-made high-tech devices. The data are strictly linked to OKPD2 codes, allowing quick identification of the required product type and retrieval of its exact output volume for the first month of the year, based on official reports from industrial enterprises across the country

How to read this table
The table rows list product items sorted by OKPD2 codes. The values in the column 'Period from the beginning of the reporting year' show cumulative production output from January of the current year. The maximum value in the table, for example for electronic tubes, is 2,351,599.082, which provides an estimate of the scale of production for the most in-demand items
What is visible in these numbers
Table columns: OKPD2 code (OKEI, OKATO); Reporting month; Previous month; Period from the beginning of the reporting year
There are 100 values in the table out of 100 possible, which is 100% — there are practically no missing values

Period and application
Rosstat updates the indicators monthly, linking them to the current calendar year to ensure data relevance. Industry analysts working with the electronics and optics market, as well as direct manufacturers, use this statistics to assess current production output and compare performance with previous periods within the year
How it is calculated
Production volumes are used to assess capacity utilization in the industry, calculate the market capacity for components, and determine where to make proposals
