Wholesale turnover shows how much goods actually pass through a region and where it makes sense to locate a warehouse
As noted in the source itself: data for the Russian Federation are generated excluding statistical information for the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), and the Zaporozhye and Kherson Oblasts
