Wholesale companies in Russia sold twenty-seven thousand eight hundred fourteen and nine tenths tonnes of pasta in January 2022, and by December the figure reached thirty thousand one hundred sixty-eight and six tenths tonnes. The table shows monthly sales volumes for organizations that are not small businesses and have more than fifteen employees. Rows are divided by geography, including figures for the Russian Federation as a whole, federal districts, and individual constituent entities, such as the Voronezh Region

The difference between rows lies in the territorial affiliation of the organizations, making it possible to assess the scale of trade operations both at the national level and within specific federal districts and regions. Since the sample includes only large and medium-sized enterprises with primary activities under codes 46, 45.11.1, 45.19.1, 45.31.1, and 45.40.1, the figures presented characterize the activity of this specific wholesale trade segment

Period and application
The statistics cover the entire year of 2022 and will be useful to commodity market analysts and food industry representatives for assessing logistics flows and demand. Information is updated according to the Rosstat publication schedule. The table contains a total of 55 rows covering the main administrative units of the country, allowing for a detailed study of the distribution structure of flour-based products through wholesale channels

Such figures help to distinguish a growing market from a market where shares are simply being redistributed among suppliers
