The two calculated indicators—per 1,000 women of fertile age and per 100 births—allow comparison of the scale of pregnancy termination across regions. The table covers all federal subjects and federal districts, including Russia as a whole, over nine years from 2014 to 2022. The data show how intensive abortions were in each region and how this changed over time

Bryansk Region — Number of abortions per 100 births: the indicator fell from 67 to 54.1 over 2014–2022 — by 19.3%. The highest value was 67 (2014), the lowest was 49.7 (2021).
