Просроченной задолженностью по заработной плате считаются фактически начисленные (с учетом налога на доходы физических лиц и других удержаний в соответствии с законодательством) работникам суммы заработной платы, но не выплаченные в срок, установленный коллективным договором или договором на расчетно-кассовое обслуживание, заключенным с банком. В сумму просроченной задолженности включаются переходящие остатки задолженности, не погашенные на отчетную дату, и не включается задолженность на внутримесячные даты.
