Monthly data is published by Rosstat for the period from early 2025 to February 2026. Information in million rubles is intended for economists, HR professionals, and trade union representatives to analyze enterprise financial stability and compliance with labor laws
Просроченной задолженностью по заработной плате считаются фактически начисленные (с учетом налога на доходы физических лиц и других удержаний в соответствии с законодательством) работникам суммы заработной платы, но не выплаченные в срок, установленный коллективным договором или договором на расчетно-кассовое обслуживание, заключенным с банком. В сумму просроченной задолженности включаются переходящие остатки задолженности, не погашенные на отчетную дату, и не включается задолженность на внутримесячные даты.
