Period and application
Statistics are published monthly, covering the period from the beginning of 2025 to May 2026. Rosstat data on arrears, excluding small businesses, is useful for economists, representatives of relevant agencies, and those analyzing labor markets and the financial stability of organizations in northern regions
Просроченной задолженностью по заработной плате считаются фактически начисленные (с учетом налога на доходы физических лиц и других удержаний в соответствии с законодательством) работникам суммы заработной платы, но не выплаченные в срок, установленный коллективным договором или договором на расчетно-кассовое обслуживание, заключенным с банком. В сумму просроченной задолженности включаются переходящие остатки задолженности, не погашенные на отчетную дату, и не включается задолженность на внутримесячные даты.
