From 2000 to 2022, the number of residential institutions for the elderly and persons with disabilities in Russia changed. The list presents three key indicators: the total number of organizations, the number of available places, and the number of actual residents. All data are provided as of year-end, allowing for the tracking of the overall dynamics of the country's social security system over twenty-three years. Differences between the rows help correlate facility capacity with actual occupancy
