Comparing values allows for tracking the intensity of rail use over different periods. The dataset presents data from the beginning of 2020 to the end of 2026. In February 2020, the indicator was 17239.8 million pass-km, whereas in August 2026, the volume reached 24807.3 million pass-km. Analysis should account for seasonal fluctuations in travel demand, which are characteristic of long-distance and suburban passenger transport
