The accessibility of urban public transport directly depends on the availability of specialized equipment in buses. This indicator shows the proportion of the operating fleet adapted to the needs of persons with reduced mobility, including people with disabilities and parents with strollers. Measurements are conducted nationwide, covering both federal data and information for individual regions, such as the Vladimir Region or constituent entities of the Central Federal District. Monitoring this parameter allows for an assessment of fleet renewal dynamics and the effectiveness of programs to create a barrier-free environment in passenger transport within the Russian Federation

1) Доля в общем количестве эксплуатационных автобусов юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, выполняющих коммерческие перевозки по регулярным маршрутам общего пользования. До 2020 г. - по данным органов исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации и органов местного самоуправления, а также юридических лиц, осуществляющих перевозки. С 2021 г. данные предоставляются перевозчиками, осуществляющими коммерческие перевозки пассажиров на основании действующей лицензии.
2) Данные не размещаются в целях обеспечения конфиденциальности первичных статистических данных, полученных от организаций, в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 29.11.2007 No 282-ФЗ (ст.4, п.5; ст. 9)
