Between 2017 and 2022, the number of people staying in hotels, sanatoriums, and other collective accommodation facilities varied. Three indicators are provided in the rows: total number of guests, number of citizens, and number of foreigners. Data is collected quarterly from January–March 2017 to January–December 2022 and is presented in thousands of persons

The rows allow for a comparison of tourist flow structure by dividing all accommodated persons into citizens and foreign citizens. This shows the share of foreigners in the total volume and how the presence of different guest categories in collective accommodation changed during the specified years. Comparing the total with detailed indicators helps assess the scale of tourism activity
What is visible in these numbers
The largest value belongs to “Число ночевок, тыс.” — 305,890; the smallest is “Численность размещенных лиц - всего, тыс. человек — иностранных граждан” at 2,879. The gap between them is 106-fold.
