From 2015 to 2024, the country's total residential floor area changed based on ownership type. Statistics distinguish three categories: total housing stock, as well as its state and municipal components. Data is provided at year-end in millions of square meters and reflects the scale of the residential sector in Russia, including all types of real estate ownership
