Share of organizations with environmental innovations by economic activity
The share of enterprises implementing environmental innovations in the reporting year is calculated as a percentage of the total number of surveyed organizations. Rows are categorized by economic activity, allowing for comparison across different sectors, such as mining and others. The statistics cover the period from 2010 to 2015 and are presented on an annual basis

How to read this table
Differences between rows allow for assessing industry-specific trends: environmental technologies are applied more frequently in some sectors and less frequently in others. Comparing values across different types of economic activity reveals the structure of innovation activity in the economy. The total row for all organizations helps identify the overall national trend for the specified years
What is visible in these numbers
Top five values: manufacturing / D — production of coke and petroleum products (26.4), manufacturing / D — scientific research (16.2), manufacturing / D — chemical production (15.4), manufacturing / D — production of rubber and plastic products (15.3), manufacturing / D — production of finished metal products (14.8). The gap between the highest and lowest is 18.8 times. The top five account for 43.1% of the total sum across all positions
Annual observations; total periods 6. 141 out of 144 possible values were filled (97.9%). Gaps exist but are single: for some positions observations were not always conducted
