Changes in freight transportation costs are reflected through tariff indices. The indicator is recorded at the end of the reporting period and expressed as a percentage relative to the previous period. The database contains data for the period from 1999 to 2001, including monthly breakdown. In 1999, the annual index was 118.2, and in December of that year, the figure was 100.3
