How to read this table
Row variations allow for tracking the distribution of payments among companies with different degrees of state equity participation. For analysis, both absolute values in millions of rubles for the first half of 2016 and relative growth rates in percent for 2021 can be used. This makes it possible to see not only the total payroll volume but also its rate of change depending on the ownership structure of the joint-stock companies
