Comparing production and imports allows for assessing the degree of domestic market dependence on supplies from other regions. Opening stock rows show the portion of products carried over from the previous season, while import data completes the picture of product availability. All indicators are measured in thousand tons, enabling the tracking of large-scale changes in the agricultural sector over thirty-one years
