Row differences allow for comparison between various food categories. It is possible to observe how poultry meat prices changed relative to fish or non-poultry meat prices over the specified period. Since all values are provided in a single currency and unit of measurement, calculating ratios between products requires no additional conversions. This is useful for analyzing the structure of import procurement
