A total of 477435 Sevastopol residents had their language proficiency data recorded during the 2020 All-Russian Population Census. These materials are intended for linguists, demographers, and researchers studying the ethnic composition and language preferences of Sevastopol residents. Rosstat prepared this report as part of the fifth volume of the census results, which focuses on ethnic composition and language proficiency across the country's constituent entities
