Language proficiency and language use among the population of the Republic of Dagestan
Three million seventeen thousand eight hundred twelve people in Dagestan reported proficiency in one or more languages, according to the 2020 All-Russian Population Census. The rows list 151 languages and provide general indicators for the republic's population. Columns are divided by area type, urban and rural, and distinguish the total number of speakers from those who use the language in daily life, allowing for an assessment of the actual practical use of each language
