Language proficiency and language use by the population of Moscow Oblast
During the 2020 All-Russia Population Census, residents of Moscow Oblast reported proficiency not only in Russian but also in dozens of other languages, from Armenian to Yakut. For each language, the table shows the number of people proficient in it and the number who use it in daily life, separately for urban and rural residents. The data reflect the situation at the time of the census and are not broken down by year
