Language proficiency and language use by the population of Kaluga Region
1,028,317 people in Kaluga Oblast reported knowledge of specific languages in the 2020 All‑Russian Population Census. No further updates are planned, as the figures pertain to the final results of the census cycle completing the fifth volume on national composition and language proficiency in the country
