How to read this table
The rows in the list are categorized by the types of languages reported by the population during the survey. In addition to the languages of indigenous small-numbered peoples, rows are provided for Russian and English. This allows for a comparison between knowledge of rare dialects and proficiency in the most widely spoken languages in the region, illustrating the scale of use of various language groups among the region's residents
What is visible in these numbers
Of 950 possible values, 135 (14.2%) are filled. A small part of the table is filled, therefore direct comparison of positions between periods may be misleading
Census data on languages are needed for product localization and audience assessment of regional media
