How to read this table

Comparing regional indicators is facilitated by the division of rows into the national total and data for specific regions. It is possible to see which constituent entities have a better emergency housing situation and which have a share of people living in dilapidated housing that remains above the national average. Over four years, the share in Russia changed from 0.66 percent in 2019 to 0.57 percent in 2022

What is visible in these numbers

Five highest values: Nenets Autonomous Okrug (8.09), Republic of Karelia (7.59), Arkhangelsk Region (without Autonomous Okrug) (4.66), Komi Republic (3.06), Tula Region (1.02). Gap between highest and lowest — 62.2 times. The top five account for 70.5% of the total across all positions — distribution is heavily skewed toward the top

Observations are annual and cover 4 periods. Cells with numbers: 100 out of 100 (100%), i.e., the table is almost completely filled
