23.5 percent of the country's cities had a favorable environment in 2018, and by 2022 this figure reached 54 percent. In this table, Rosstat presents the distribution of such cities by Russian region over five years. Each row corresponds to a specific federal subject or the country as a whole, allowing for the tracking of dynamics in a specific area. Values are presented as a percentage of the total number of cities, which helps to compare the level of infrastructure development in different parts of the country
