How to read this table
Selecting a specific region from the list allows for tracking its individual development in water supply over eight years. Comparing rows is useful for assessing the living standard gap between neighboring constituent entities or federal districts. The first row of the table records national indicators, which grew from 86.7 percent in 2014 to 90.0546138 percent in 2022, enabling comparison of a specific region's dynamics with the national average
What is visible in these numbers
Five highest values: Moscow (100), Tula Region (99.9), Kaliningrad Region (99.3), Kaluga Region (98.3), Moscow Region (98.3). The top five account for 21.4% of the total sum across all positions
Observations are annual, with 5 observation periods in the dataset. There are 125 values in the table out of 125 possible, which is 100% — missing values are virtually absent

Period and application
Data is updated as the annual statistical yearbook on Sustainable Development Goals is published. This information is useful for quality-of-life researchers, urbanists, and government officials working on housing and communal services. All indicators cover the period from 2014 to 2022 and are available for download in a format suitable for further analysis of the dynamics of household access to centralized water supply networks by territory
How it is calculated
The yearbook provides comparable rows for reports where reference to own calculations is insufficient
