How to read this table

The list of ninety rows contains data for the Russian Federation as a whole and for territorial units. Differences between rows help identify which districts or regions have more active afforestation and where the area of dead stands exceeds new plantings. This enables comparison between large administrative units and specific oblasts

What is visible in these numbers

Five highest values: Orel Region (3,159), Kaliningrad Region (1,468), Kursk Region (1,124), Tula Region (368.3), Voronezh Region (290.3). Gap between highest and lowest — by a factor of 34.4. The top five account for 73.3% of the total across all positions — distribution is heavily skewed toward the top

Observations are annual, the dataset contains 4 periods. Of 100 possible values, 100 (100%) are filled, meaning the table is almost entirely complete
