Housing type and size determine the living conditions of the population. This dataset records the number of private households grouped by the area of individual houses or apartments. The indicator covers both urban and rural settlements, categorizing households based on whether respondents provided data on their residential floor area

Data is based on the results of the Federal Statistical Observation conducted as part of the population census in the Crimean Federal District. This is a one-time data snapshot reflecting the state of the housing sector at the time of the survey. The data is used by researchers, real estate market analysts, and government agencies to assess housing provision and plan regional social infrastructure
