The rows of the table are differentiated by country, with each recording its own passenger turnover volume. It is possible to compare individual states with one another, as well as the general trend in Russia against international data. It is important to note that the units of measurement are identical across all rows, which simplifies comparison and analysis

Highest values: (billion tonne-kilometres) — Russia (2 639), Asia — China (1 473), Russia (177.8). The gap between highest and lowest is 38 252 times. The top three account for 94% of the total across all positions — distribution is heavily skewed toward the top
