Net migration rates of the population in the Arctic zone, 2015–2020
Net migration rates for the period 2015–2020 reflect the intensity of population movement into or out of the Arctic zone. The 11-row list provides data for the entire Russian Arctic, as well as for the Komi Republic and the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) separately. This enables comparison of migration rates across different constituent entities and provides an overview of population shifts in northern territories. The indicator is calculated as the ratio of net migration to the total population

The data are presented annually, allowing for the tracking of yearly rate fluctuations independently of absolute population size
