Debt amounts that organizations in the Arctic Zone failed to pay on time are recorded in annual data from 2016 to 2023. The list contains two rows: total debt for the Arctic Zone and a reference indicator for the entire Russian Federation. This allows for comparing the debt burden in Arctic regions with the national level. Data covers eight years and excludes small businesses
