From 2016 to 2025, Rosstat experts recorded the proportion of the population in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation actively using the Internet. The indicator is expressed as a percentage of the total population; for an objective assessment of trends, a reference row for the entire country is included in the table. These data track the digitalization of northern territories, where the indicator rose from 82.9 percent in 2016 to 96.1 percent in 2025, allowing for a comparison of regional progress against the national level of internet access
