Consumer tariff indices reflect how prices for housing and utility services in Russia changed from 2015 to 2021. The list rows are divided into general indicators for all goods and services, the entire housing and utility sector, and specific housing services. Data are calculated as a percentage relative to December of the previous year and show the annual dynamics of housing maintenance costs

It is convenient to compare price change rates by matching the general row for all goods with individual utility categories. The table presents fifteen series that allow tracking how tariffs for housing services changed relative to the general inflation level in the country. Differences between rows help identify which specific utility segments influenced the final price index in a given year
