How to read this table

Rows are categorized by territory, allowing for comparison of digitalization levels across different federal subjects. It is possible to observe changes in internet availability within a single region or compare Moscow's indicators with those of other regions in a specific year. For example, in the Ivanovo region, the number of such points changed from 1.7 to 18 during this period. This helps identify the connectivity gap between urban and rural areas

What is visible in these numbers

The five highest values: Novosibirsk Oblast (30.9), Moscow city (30.4), Republic of Karelia (28.9), Magadan Oblast (20.6), Tyumen Oblast (20.4). The gap between the highest and lowest is 34.3 times. The top five account for 33.8% of the total across all positions

Observations are annual, the dataset contains 6 periods. Of 150 possible values, 149 are filled (99.3%). Minor gaps remain where a position was not observed in all periods
