The 2018 statistics include a monthly breakdown and an annual total. The data is published by Rosstat and is suitable for analyzing business formation rates across various economic sectors. This information is useful for economists, entrepreneurs, and market researchers to assess the creation of new legal entities in different sectors of activity

How it is calculated

The number of organizations in the industry and its dynamics show whether competitors are increasing or the market is being cleared

As noted in the source itself: organization birth rate is the ratio of the number of organizations registered during the reporting period to the average number of organizations recorded in the Rosstat Statregister, expressed in per mille
