The extent to which persons above working age and persons with disabilities of all age groups are provided with essential daily aids, i.e., technical means of rehabilitation. Table rows cover the Russian Federation as a whole and 85 regions, while columns categorize responses from the total number of such persons to the share of those in need who are not provided with any aids. The 'Russian Federation' row shows that 6.67 percent of those in need are not provided with aids; all other data are in percent.
