The ninety-six rows of this table detail the problems encountered by young professionals after completing vocational education and training in 2016–2020. Data are presented by constituent entities and federal districts of the Russian Federation, allowing for an assessment of the labor market situation in each region. Graduates who sought employment are distributed across columns based on the reasons that hindered their job placement, providing insight into regional characteristics of recent students' adaptation to professional activity

Individual constituent entities and entire federal districts can be compared to identify differences in access to jobs for skilled workers and employees. Each row corresponds to a specific territory, and the columns show the share of those who encountered obstacles, up to the group that experienced no difficulties at all in finding work. In the Russian Federation, the share of such graduates is 19.0081 percent, which serves as a baseline for comparing regional indicators with the national level

This information is useful for specialists in education and labor markets studying the effectiveness of training programs for skilled workers and employees across different parts of the country. The data allow for an assessment of graduate demand and the scale of barriers they face when transitioning from education to actual employment in their region

Source notes: The sum of values is greater than the total, as a graduate could indicate more than one type of difficulty when attempting to get a job
