How to read this table

Industries can be compared using various criteria: one can look at the total share of loss-making enterprises in the country or identify specific sectors, such as forestry and hunting. The differences between rows clearly show which areas state enterprises meet financial targets more effectively and which face losses. This helps identify the most stable and risky areas of state enterprise activity
